The Swiss Federal Art Collections process only individual loan requests for works held at the Bern Collection Center or in a building of the Swiss Federal Administration within the country or abroad. In order to respond to the loan request within a satisfactory interval of time, and to ensure the best professional care of the collection, loan requests-together with a detailed concept paper-are to be submitted at least half a year before the opening date of the exhibition in question.
